• Work closely with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence
• Ensure the restaurant is fully staffed and schedule employees accordingly
• Uphold and enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager is required
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry, including ingredients and dishes

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $46,000 Maximum: $60,500
