Your Role

The Technology Risk Quantification and Awareness team delivers actional insights by quantifying IT and business risk to increase resilience while driving a security culture. The Program Manager, Senior will report to the IT Security Awareness Sr Manager. In this role you will develop, provide oversight, and support a governance process to ensure compliance of the Technology Ownership & Accountability policy.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience in portfolio management, preferably within an Agile or SAFe environment
• Experience partnering with all levels of management required
• Driven, energetic, team player with superior oral and written communication skills
• Organizational change management skills desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 87230.00 to $ 130900.00 for California.
